The Portsea Polo was everything the hype leads it up to be!
The sun was shining and with a record sold out crowd in attendance it really was one of the 'must attend' events to kick of the year.
As I entered the grounds, all the marquees were beautifully decorated with drinks flowing and guest enjoying all the hospitality that each marquee had to offer.
The Peroni marquee keeps getting bigger and better each year with an impressive two story build. Sticking to their Italian heritage, there was a beautiful antipasto bar available for guest along with other yummy Italian dishes served through out the day. The drink of choice was of course peroni, which was even incorporated into their cocktails.
I then headed over to the Liberty Belle marquee, which transported their guest to the Hamptons with white furniture and the most beautiful shades of blue hydrangeas I have ever seen.
To finish off the day we headed of the Jeep marquee and again was blow away by the design and the impressive effort to get Jeep cars sitting on their roof! The marquee was a buzz with a fun crowd having a dance whilst being treated to special treats from the amazing desert company Bibelot.
Once 5pm hit it was time to head home after what was the best Portsea Polo yet.
This event really does get better and better each year and is a must attend event during the summer period.
Thank you to all the beautiful marquees for hosting my husband and myself and a big thank you to the incredible team at Thurley for my beautiful outfit.
Until next year Portsea.
